The Best Tip I have about printers/copiers is when they aren't working correctly, unplug them, let them rest (about 3 minutes) then plug them back. This works about 85% of the time. Then, if it still isn't working - log onto the Online Tech Request, which is located on our district site under Staff. (Also, on the PCHS site - Front page - under Cougar Links)

Have you ever printed a document but it didn't print? It may be printing to another printer somewhere in the building, or on our network.
